AeroVironment and Ilias Solutions have entered a strategic collaboration to implement a fleet management system for the JUMP 20 unmanned aircraft platform, with a focus on lifecycle management and operational insight.

The partnership will integrate Ilias Solutions’ software into AeroVironment’s existing systems to enhance reliability, availability and maintainability, or RAM, a set of metrics used to assess system performance and readiness.

By connecting maintenance, logistics and operational datasets, the system is intended to support predictive maintenance and lifecycle forecasting. The companies said combining real-time and legacy data would improve visibility into fleet performance, including component lifecycles and spare parts management.

- Partnering with Ilias represents a significant step forward in how we manage and sustain the JUMP 20 fleets at scale, Tracy Stapleton, assistant product line general manager at AeroVironment, said in a press release.

The collaboration reflects a broader defence-sector focus on data-driven sustainment and operational readiness. Ilias Solutions, part of the Patria Group, provides defence logistics software designed to support maintenance, inventory and deployment planning.
